World Trade Organization dispute settlement mechanism is now in place for matters relating to GATT, GATS and TRIPS. ELGHATIT LAW FIRM is currently involved in formulations of international commercial and economic parameters and approaches for issues like counter-veiling, anti-dumping and anti-monopoly.
